Rachel handles every aspect of Mixie Chix Mobile Bar-from the first client call to event-day execution. She manages all communication, planning, shopping, and logistics to ensure every event runs seamlessly.
Event & Client Coordinator
Samantha O’Brien
Samantha supports event prep by designing and creating the custom menu signage and visual touches that give each Mixie Chix event its signature personalized feel.
Logistics Coordinator
Shannon Vaughan
Shannon transformed the original 1985 horse trailer into the eye-catching mobile bar and hauls it to events. He also handles setup and the heavy lifting for trailer-based bookings.
